- Owning and driving forward the business relationship with UGC (User Generated Content) third-party vendors (ratings and reviews, social content curation, etc.) to ensure the value of the tooling is fully utilized.
- Completing regular UGC content curation and tagging, campaign-specific UGC tasks, reporting and other ad hoc day-to-day tasks.
- Creating and maintaining UGC best practice documentation to ensure data-driven standards of excellence, resulting from experimentation learnings, are upheld.
- Defining and executing a quarterly merchandising experimentation learning agenda focused on UGC, working very closely with regions to understand how their specific priorities contribute to the focus areas.
- Evangelising the use of data and investigating UGC customer experience issues with the support of an Analyst, proposing solutions to customer problems.
- Improving the UGC experience on site by partnering closely with global product teams to share learnings, propose and drive forward optimisation and new feature requests.
- Other ad hoc strategic project support related to Global merchandising initiatives that require global, cross-functional alignment of data-driven best practices.
- At least 3 years of strategic merchandising experience.
- Understanding of the importance of user-generated content (UGC) in the customer journey.
- Solid knowledge of the VistaPrint website, paths to purchase, services, and functionality.
- In-depth knowledge of site merchandising best practices and can demonstrate how to apply these across multiple touchpoints.
- Familiarity with UGC website tooling.
- Can demonstrate analytics expertise and clear evidence of making data-driven decisions.
- Experience partnering with Product teams and building stakeholder relationships.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
