As a System Engineer in the Corporate IT Services team you will be in charge of:
  • Provide Level 2 support for end users focusing on identity management issues
  • Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities
  • Provide technical information, analysis and recommendations to leadership
  • Analyze and tune system performance, capacity and functionality of complex systems
  • Review methods and procedures to ensure data integrity, protection and security standards.
This area is responsible for all user management support, starters and leavers process, credential and access management, as well as the daily operations and develop/evolve the UM service, implement initiatives to improve service, end to end responsibility of the full stack, based on defined KPIs and SLAs.What you need to succeed:Good to haveBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team. Here’s what you need to succeed:
  • Higher vocational training
  • Minimum experience of at least 2 years in Service Desk
  • High level of spoken and written English, it is the language of communication of our customers (level test will be done).
  • Technical IT background
  • Experience on user management technical skills
  • Knowledge of identity management technologies (examples: AD,GOOGLE,SAILPOINT)
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical information,
  • Good time management skills to meet users’ needs and problems.
  • Passion for technology
  • Experience on automation and coding
  • Knowledge of Sailpoint identity and access management technology
