- Provide Level 2 support for end users focusing on identity management issues
- Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities
- Provide technical information, analysis and recommendations to leadership
- Analyze and tune system performance, capacity and functionality of complex systems
- Review methods and procedures to ensure data integrity, protection and security standards.
- Higher vocational training
- Minimum experience of at least 2 years in Service Desk
- High level of spoken and written English, it is the language of communication of our customers (level test will be done).
- Technical IT background
- Experience on user management technical skills
- Knowledge of identity management technologies (examples: AD,GOOGLE,SAILPOINT)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical information,
- Good time management skills to meet users’ needs and problems.
- Passion for technology
- Experience on automation and coding
- Knowledge of Sailpoint identity and access management technology
