Would you like to work on the technical management of applications in the cloud, collaborating with different teams and partners?If so, we have the opportunity to work as our SAP Technical Solution Architect at CEVA Logistics in this global position.This position is open in Spain (Barcelona/Madrid) and Portugal (Lisboa)WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • You participate in technical projects aimed at improving or replacing existing systems.
  • You assist in managing our service provider and application partners and provide them with support.
  • You work closely with the "infrastructure and operations" teams, solution managers, our partner supporting our applications, the service provider, and the various technical teams of solution providers.
  • You provide support to the Business Solution Manager.
  • You propose innovative technical solutions and ensure the optimal technical performance of applications (scalability, maintainability, operability, reusability, cost, etc.).
  • You produce, control, and manage the technical documentation related to the delivered solutions.
  • You pay particular attention to the common objectives of the IT department: obsolescence management, digitalization, application renewals, etc.
  • You report to the "Technical Solution Manager" of the domain.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • You have experience in a similar role
  • You have SAP BASIS expertise (SAP ECC6 & S4 is a plus)
  • You have proficiency in SAP architecture (NetWeaver, ABAP & Java stacks)
  • You have experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • You have skills in Shell Scripting essential for our task automation under Linux.
  • You have technical management experience of applications in the Cloud: from application design to the implementation of the run mode.
  • You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly to non-specialists.
  • Knowledge that would be a plus: SAP BTP, Azure Cloud, Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, WS & API, Data Lake & Business Intelligence.
  • You have experience on Solution Management/ Transport Management / Management of roles and authorizations
  • You have the ability to manage complex systems, adaptability, good interpersonal skills, teamwork.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and preferable in French as well.
