Contract: Temporary Contract (6 months)
Reports to: Technical Support Team LeadThe Job RoleWe are looking for a motivated intern to join our international technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a software company with a global presence. You will support basic IT and technical tasks while learning from experienced professionals.Job Responsibilities * Assist the technical support team in managing incoming support tickets.
- Perform basic troubleshooting tasks under supervision.
- Assist with documenting procedures and user guides.
- Support the setup and maintenance of equipment and software.
- Learn to use remote support tools and internal systems.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement between the company and your university or educational institution.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in Spanish.
- Advance written and spoken English level (B1+) – enough to read documentation and interact occasionally with internal team members.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to develop professionally.
- Exposure to SQL Server, IIS, or virtualization (academic or project-based).
- Experience with support ticketing systems or remote tools.
