As part of our growth and structuration around our major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are looking for an Project Director to lead the construction activity for high-voltage lines and electrical substations on our turnkey projects in Spain.Reporting to the Regional Director, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Define and implement the operational strategy for high-voltage line and substation projects across the Spanish territory, in alignment with corporate objectives,
  • Supervise multidisciplinary teams, including Project Managers and subcontractors, while ensuring effective coordination with support functions (PMO, HR, Finance, HSE),
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle,
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as adherence to contractual obligations and technical specifications,
  • Monitor and optimize project performance, with a focus on operational profitability, schedule adherence, and key performance indicators (KPIs),
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including participation in tender processes and the expansion of the client portfolio (network operators, industrial clients).
You are a graduate in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with over 10 years of proven experience managing large-scale electrical infrastructure projects. You have an in-depth understanding of Spanish regulations in the energy and public works sectors. Recognized for your leadership and results-oriented mindset, you know how to unite and motivate teams toward common goals.
