- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and inbound/outbound strategies in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process and the alignment with Teknics strategy.
- Conduct regular discovery meetings to understand the technical and operational requirements of each client.
- Translate client needs into tailored machinery solutions and technologies in collaboration with the Sales Engineer and R&D teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and live or virtual demonstrations.
- Highlight the technical advantages and ROI of the proposed machinery solutions and technologies.
- Prepare detailed commercial offers, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with both client expectations and internal capabilities by doing a concept FMEA and risk analysis on the proposed solution.
- Support the negotiation of terms and conditions, working closely with the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with clients to address objections and finalize agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team.
- Work closely with project managers, business development, KAM and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities, together with KAM when applicable.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Work closely with project managers, business development, KAM and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities, together with KAM when applicable.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client site visits.
- Promote the brand and generate new leads through professional networking.
