- Lead major projects by being responsible for the development and delivery of high-profile, multi-country insights and recommendations to senior Mondelēz stakeholders.
- Go beyond-the-brief and deliver impactful presentations that utilise a variety of different data sets and sources
- Build partnership with key client decision makers and budget holders, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions to ensure a strong influence on client thinking – making us indispensable partners.
- Identify and develop new client relationships as part of our commercial development goals.
- Contribute within team supporting a culture of development and company-wide workstreams taking on leadership roles where relevant.
- Support high functioning relationships with country teams, fostering improved relationships through regular connections, and mutually beneficial projects.
- Apply an understanding of and respect for other cultures to improve client solutions and achieve the best value for clients.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous professional experience in Account Management (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a consistent record of building successful relationships with clients.
- Business proficiency in English (B2 Level required).
- Confirmed business experience with Excel (e.g., Advanced Functions; VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
- Proven knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and analysis.
- Strong data visualisation and analytical skills, through working with sophisticated data sets (preferably consumer panels’ data) and delivering insight-based consultative projects.
- Consolidated ability to provide valuable client insights and present complex data clearly and incisively.
- Availability to travel.
- Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.
- Is proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve the team's goals and objectives.
- Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work optimally within different cultural and technical environments.
- Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitate discussions constructively.
