Being this an international role, we’re considering candidates either based in Barcelona, Spain or Lisbon, Portugal – this is an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future!The Role’s MissionOur insights have inspired crucial Mondelēz decisions that impact what you see and hear in advertising and what you can pick up from supermarket shelves. Mondelēz has an ambition to be the no.1 one global snacking manufacturer, and our support of this objective will provide our team with great exposure, interesting projects, and development opportunities.This role is to service a relationship with client contacts with Mondelēz’s insight teams, by managing and delivering impactful multi and single-country projects for a wide range of business needs. The role will test and develop your skills in relationship management, insight generation and sales acumen. We expect you to be able to drive client impact by enhancing the use of purchase panel insight, influence an audience and collaborate internally and externally to grow and develop successful relationships.P&G enjoyed excellent growth in 2023 and is looking for insights partners to raise the bar.   • Lead major projects by being responsible for the development and delivery of high-profile, multi-country insights and recommendations to senior Mondelēz stakeholders.
  • Go beyond-the-brief and deliver impactful presentations that utilise a variety of different data sets and sources
  • Build partnership with key client decision makers and budget holders, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions to ensure a strong influence on client thinking – making us indispensable partners.
  • Identify and develop new client relationships as part of our commercial development goals.
  • Contribute within team supporting a culture of development and company-wide workstreams taking on leadership roles where relevant.
  • Support high functioning relationships with country teams, fostering improved relationships through regular connections, and mutually beneficial projects.
  • Apply an understanding of and respect for other cultures to improve client solutions and achieve the best value for clients.
Key CapabilitiesYour background will ideally look like this…
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous professional experience in Account Management (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a consistent record of building successful relationships with clients.
  • Business proficiency in English (B2 Level required).
  • Confirmed business experience with Excel (e.g., Advanced Functions; VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Proven knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and analysis.
  • Strong data visualisation and analytical skills, through working with sophisticated data sets (preferably consumer panels’ data) and delivering insight-based consultative projects.
  • Consolidated ability to provide valuable client insights and present complex data clearly and incisively.
  • Availability to travel.
