- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on plant nutrition and fertilization.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and agricultural partners.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure product satisfaction.
- Provide technical advice on plant nutrition to distributors and end customers.
- Design, organize, and conduct agronomic and demonstration trials to evaluate product performance.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical content and contributing to communication strategies.
- Conduct product and fertilization strategy training for the sales team and customers.
- Participate in European agronomy meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on developing technical materials.
- Coordinate actions for the launch of new products in the market.
- Plan and manage the budget allocated for agronomic and commercial activities in Iberia.
- Implement operational efficiency improvements and optimize commercial strategies.
- Utilize sales management and CRM tools to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Business, or a related field.
- An MBA or specialization in commercial management within the agricultural sector is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and technical advisory in plant nutrition and fertilization.
- Experience in managing distributors and business development in the agricultural sector.
- Strong agronomic knowledge in fertilization, crop nutrition, and plant health.
- Sales experience, client negotiation, and business development in the agricultural sector.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies to a constantly evolving market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- High proficiency in English (International teamwork).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
