- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core identity services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features that enhance security and user experience.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize features.
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or solutions engineering, ideally in a cloud-native technology company, with a total of 15+ years of experience in technology.
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably with knowledge of standards and concepts in protocols, session management and logout.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IAM protocols, security standards, and best practices.
- Experience in building and deploying solutions for customers in the field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and other IAM standards.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
