Then we would love to hear from you!We are currently searching for a Bid and Tenders Specialist based in Madrid (hybrid role) that will be responsible for managing the overall tender response process and responding to all related internal and external enquiries. The role will combine deep expertise public‑procurement law with proven capability in bid management, process optimization and stakeholder leadership.What you will be doing
  • Daily identification of new tenders and communication with involved partners when potential new opportunities are identified: Marketing Manager, Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager/Country Leader
  • Submit and follow the tender proposal to public administration/procurement regulators according to commercial team and legal requirements.
  • Provide Tender Risk Assessment.
  • Support staff from across Baxter on all public contracts, extensions, and terminations as well as provide advice on contractual risks, obligations and dispute‐resolution strategies.
  • Coordinate and record all documentation required and maintain a central contract database.
  • Assess positive and negative tenders results in order to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives and strategies for bidding workflows, templates and knowledge management.
  • Bid review while aligning Legal, Operations and Sales on winning strategies.
  • Define action plan to monitor efficiency, hit rate and compliance.
  • Draft and file administrative appeals, and clarifications.
  • Keep up to date on legislative changes.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Law.
  • Proven experience in public‑sector tendering and contract management in the Pharma/Medical Device sector.
  • Experience in risk analyst and mitigation.
  • Able to communicate successfully in Spanish and English.
  • Collaborative, proactive and continuous-improvement attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment.
