• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting candidates for open positions.
• Communicate effectively with candidates in German through phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Work closely with seasoned recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements and organizational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our tracking systems.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about recruitment strategies and best practices within the industry.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• No prior experience in recruitment is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with diverse candidates.
• A genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to grow your career in this field.
• Familiarity with social media and online platforms to connect with candidates is a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in a mandatory paid training program in Greece for three months.
