- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and travel policies through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, changes, cancellations, and provide relevant travel information.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently document customer interactions and ensure accurate follow-up on issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Educate customers about available travel options and unique promotions to enhance their experience.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational enhancements.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
