- Preparation and development of business plans for each client assigned, in line with the objectives set by the company and always from an open-minded perspective and with more disruptive approaches.
- Acquisition of new clients in retail, as well as the search for new business opportunities that may arise outside conventional channels.
- Planning and execution of new launches, with strong prior knowledge of categories and understanding and assuming the brand's approach and communication style towards clients.
- Management and control of sales and KPIs for each of their clients, as well as continuous demand planning in collaboration with other departments.
- Market data handling and its main KPIs within the categories with a focus on argumentation for new opportunities in current or potential clients.
- Ultimately responsible for budget compliance, both in sales and profitability, controlling the balance of volumes, promotions, and prices in accordance with the committed budget.
- Actively collaborate with the rest of the team in all areas of their tasks, assuming the commitment to grow together to reach the highest level of excellence as a team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large FMCG accounts
- Deep knowledge of the channel, as well as a comprehensive network of contacts
- Strong commercial orientation, analytical ability, and market data management skills
- Experience in Trade Marketing and/or category management projects with clients
- Basic financial notions for managing the annual budget of the accounts
- Accustomed to assuming ambitious growth objectives and handling pressure
- Social skills to integrate into the team, with a willingness to provide and receive support as essential keys to reaching the team's maximum level of excellence
