As we continue expanding internationally, there’s never been a more exciting time to join our team.Mission and ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Growth & Customer Interactions, you will define and execute Openbank’s customer growth strategy across all touchpoints and stages of the lifecycle, with a special focus on attraction, acquisition, and engagement. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization responsible for driving performance across five key areas: Customer Strategy, Attraction & Acquisition, Engagement, and Hybrid Sales.This role reports directly to the Global Head of Openbank Retail and has a strategic scope that spans all geographies where Openbank operates, including responsibility for our checkout lending product, Zinia.You will act as a strategic orchestrator of how customers are acquired, retained, and served, while building the vision for sustainable and scalable growth across markets.Key responsibilities include:Lead the design and execution of the customer growth roadmap focused on Customer Strategy, Attraction & Acquisition, and Engagement.Define and run the growth strategy across Openbank’s full portfolio of products and services, identifying new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.Champion data-driven personalization and intelligent sales actions, leveraging behavioral insights to deepen relationships with existing customers.Influence the product roadmap, working closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to unlock growth levers and accelerate performance.Own the end-to-end growth P&L and KPI delivery, including targets across CAC, LTV, conversion, churn, and cross-sell ratios.Oversee the execution and effectiveness of all sales and marketing spending across digital marketing, offline marketing, and branding activities, ensuring strategic alignment across channels.Oversee sales performance in branches and contact centers, ensuring integration and alignment with digital channels.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical data practices.To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:10+ years of experience in growth, digital strategy, or marketing leadership—ideally in fintech, digital banking, or high-growth tech environments.Proven track record of scaling digital businesses and delivering measurable impact.Deep understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis) and experimentation methodologies.Strong command of analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Mixpanel), testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO), and CRM ecosystems.Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills and a bias for action.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent in English and Spanish.Openbank is an equal opportunity employer.
