- Connect with warm leads to assess their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Communicate professionally and positively with clients and prospects through phone, email, and other channels.
- Screen incoming inquiries and turn them into successful sales prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall team achievements.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and systems while finding creative approaches to challenges.
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales with the ability to close deals (prior experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and quick to learn new technologies and procedures.
- Work schedule includes 5 days weekly (Monday to Saturday) with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
