Join us.Your impactAs a Program Manager in OpenText’s Professional Services team, you’ll be at the heart of driving successful outcomes for large-scale digital transformation projects across global enterprise clients. From project initiation to completion, your leadership will ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, strategic alignment, and long-term client satisfaction. You’ll also play a key part in nurturing strong client relationships and supporting business growth in partnership with our PS Sales teams.What the role offers

What you need to succeedExperience & Expertise
  • A degree in Computer Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience
  • Proven ability to plan, monitor, and control all aspects of project delivery — scope, risk, cost, reporting, escalation, and client communication
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Information Management (EIM) technologies such as ECM and Archiving
  • Strong commercial mindset to support pre-sales: scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
