- Collaborate in the implementation of the Ploom digital consumer data strategy by defining and translating brand requirements into digital & CRM data objectives and activities.
- Oversee the creation, tracking, and quality assurance of feature tickets developed by globally distributed teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage both local and global consumer databases, including preparing targeted segments for marketing activations.
- Deliver ad hoc analytical presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain and update business analytics dashboards in response to evolving business requirements.
- Investigate consumer issues, recommend fraud prevention measures, and implement actionable solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- A specialized master's in Data Analysis is a plus.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Power BI is a must.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to create polished corporate presentations, draft impactful business correspondence, and articulate technical requirements effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence; basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
- Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills. Portuguese is a plus.
