- Planning and implementing sales strategies in the Spanish retail market,
- Realisation of volume sales assumptions by supervision of the sales department, tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and demand.
- Working directly with retail chains - setting commercial terms and conditions, conducting negotiations,
- Acquiring new clients and maintaining good relationships with current business partners,
- Working with the Production Department and the Quality Department,
- Reporting to the Sales Director.
- Proven successful min. 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Very high skills in managing subordinate departments/employees and cooperation with internal customers
- Experience of working with retail chains,
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills,
- Very good knowledge of the market & private label market,
- Highly developed skills in independent and complex project management,
- Excellent analytical skills,
- Results-driven individual,
- Meeting sales goals,
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel),
- Very good verbal and written Spanish and English language skills,
- Driving licence.
