Are you passionate about empowering teams through impactful training and precision-driven quality assurance?Ready to lead onboarding programs and elevate performance standards for a global tech-driven company?Here is your opportunity!We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to serve as a dual-function Trainer and Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for our Ads Success Representative (ASR) team.This role is essential to the development and ongoing performance excellence of ASRs who support Client Partner pods with pre- and post-sales tasks, campaign management, and customer success functions.Requisitos
You will be responsible for onboarding new ASRs through structured learning programs and continuously monitoring the teams performance via QA scorecards and coaching sessions. Your efforts will ensure ASRs are proficient in systems like Salesforce, Ads Manager, and Direct IO workfl ows, and consistently meet SLA, CSAT, and accuracy targets.What are we looking for?· Residence in Malaga (presential position)
· 5+ years of experience in ad operations, digital campaign management, or media support roles.
· 1+ year experience in a training, QA, or team coaching role preferred.
· Strong working knowledge of:
- Ads Manager and Direct IO (or similar platforms)
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Campaign trafficking and reporting
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english; consultative and empathetic coaching style.
· Highly organized, analytical, and self-driven with strong attention to detail.¿Qué ofrecemos?
