Key Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to rotational shifts from Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
