- Lead the development and execution of marketing growth strategy
- You have hands-on experience with paid channels and can not only plan but also execute
- You understand the principles of Product Marketing. Before running ads, you should conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- You are ready to talk to users all the time, and you are sure that to do something useful, you need to talk to users
- Launch and own performance marketing. Google ads is our main but not the only channel for paid acquisition.
- Develop growth channels. We are moving into very competitive markets with big funded competitors, and the search and development of alternative traffic sources is a large part of our Go-To-Market strategy.
- Understand how our product grows among key segments across the customer journey set measurable business goals, and track progress against them
- Run hypothesis testing process to achieve product growth
- Manage our growth budget and activities with positive ROI.
- Set and track aggressive KPIs and Goals to track success. We aim to grow fast and be nerdy in numbers at the same time, so understanding what the ROI, CAC, CPA, LTV, Churn, Retention, MRR, Gross Profit, etc. is a must
- You are ready to manage not only your own backlog but also contractors and suppliers - ecologically and productively
- You have experience in developing new products and launching marketing activities from scratch and a background in B2C products for Tier 1 markets, particularly in B2C SaaS.
- You are sure that customer development is a product's most important early-stage activity.
- You have analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. We will have a lot of tests, so we will need to understand the results and apply changes daily.
- Comfort with “Failing Fast” and iterating to find which channels work best for our company and product. We are a startup - we will fail often; our task is to do it quickly and to have more successes than failures.
- Someone who hustles is scrappy and creative. We want you to consider the non-obvious solutions and find ways to test these hypotheses quickly and efficiently. Just paid traffic wars is not our way.
- You have fluent Ukrainian or Russian (for team communication) and at least an upper intermediate level of English (for your work tasks and communication with our users).
- It will be a plus if you have the possibility to work from the Warsaw office or Barcelona office (relocation expenses can be covered).
- We believe that the early executive team should be able to spend at least 50% of their time offline together to move quickly
- Google Ads, Google Analytics 4
- LinkedIn Ads.
- A/B tests tools, approaches.
- Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent for keyword research and analysis.
- Baremetrics, Amplitude would be a plus.
