Purpose of the jobAs a member of the Global E-commerce team, you will play a key role in supporting the E-Commerce Content Team as an E-commerce Content Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing content on Mammut.com across all touch points e.g. site merchandising, product content enhancements, collection landing pages, marketing and commercial campaigns. You will project manage campaign content from briefing to creation and implement all content on our CMS. You will test, monitor & track content performance and identify optimization opportunities to support consumer experience and revenue goals on Mammut.com.Key duties & responsibilitiesManage marketing and commercial content going live on the website.· Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to ideate and plan upcoming campaigns.· Brief content requirements to external content development agency & coordinate content creation process across feedback rounds, timelines and delivery· Implement all on site content within aligned timelines across all placements e.g. landing or collection pages, product listings, site merchandising on home page banner, PLPs etc.Own & maintain all general content on the website· Take responsibility & coordinate any needed updates or new content for general pages of the website such as About Us, Careers, CR Pages, Support etc. Prioritize based on business impact.· Establish a process to regularly review general content for accuracy and flag required updates/reviews with respective teams to secure regular maintenanceSupport website feature development from content execution perspective as needed· Work closely with the digital product team managing the website development and help setting up content for newly developed website features.Track, analyze and continuously improve content· Support the E-Commerce Content Lead by analysing the performance of your campaigns and general onsite content.· Build a weekly reporting framework in collaboration with the data analytics manager to help standardise the analytics process.Detect optimization opportunities from data and industry best practices as well as support with setting up content tests.
