Centrient Pharmaceuticals is wholly owned by Bain Capital Private Equity, a leading global private investment firm.The Talent Management and Organisational Development (TM&OD) department has a vacancy in its team for the following position:Program Manager (Talent Management & Organizational Development)Drive talent management and organisational development (TM&OD) strategy, implementation and manage people process and change interventions in support of the organization's strategic and operational plans. Ensuring the regional implementation of key global TM&OD. Partnering with the business to understand key people challenges and to create and drive solutions to overcome them. Own talent-related programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, support the employee life cycle and individual development.The main activities and responsibilities
  • Support in designing Talent Management & Organizational Development strategy for Centrient and develop a plan catered towards creating a high performing organisation.
  • Design, develop and enhance programs, initiatives and processes focused on staffing and onboarding, Organizational Development and culture and partner with the regional HR to drive change management, communication and implementation.
  • Drive Centrient’s DEI agenda.
  • Leverage organisational development resources , internal diagnosis and benchmarking to identify solutions.
  • Enhancing and implementing tools to support the employee life cycle from staffing and onboarding to development to transition.
  • Design and execute organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key talent or organizational development needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives through key metrics and feedback.
RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • +8 years of experience in talent management and organizational development roles with developing and implementing people initiatives and solutions.
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management programs.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in talent management and organizational development.
