- Creation and translation content to support the team with their clients and communication
- Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking to support performance monitoring
- Support the team with the creation, maintenance, and optimization of workflows in HubSpot
- Contribute to the creation, update, and improvement of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and updates of the team's internal website
- Help and support developing new processes or suggest ideas to improve the existing
- Maintenance of knowledge management content and systems (in close collaboration with Enablement Team)
- Other duties as necessary to support other teams within and outside the BU such as Network Growth, Customer Success for example
- Previous experience in customer care or another customer facing role required
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) - other language is a strong plus
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot strongly appreciated
