- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer sites, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
- Operate mechanical systems and HMI, handling routine activities and troubleshooting following SOPs.
- Perform basic electrical work such as cable wiring as needed.
- Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
- Prepare Job Progress Charts and technical reports documenting the activities carried out.
- Ensure customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- Perform activities in line with SOPs, Sidel coordination plans, and customer rules.
- Identify and report after-sales opportunities detected on-site.
- Coach junior colleagues on-site, providing guidance on technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Proficiency in additional languages (such as Italian, Spanish, or other regional languages) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in field service activities, ideally within the beverage industry.
- Strong background in mechanical systems, with in-depth knowledge of the Sidel portfolio considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with aseptic processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time, primarily within Italy and across Europe, with potential for international travel.
