Datadog (CSM) allows customers to manage cloud security risk with continuous, real-time monitoring of vulnerabilities and misconfigurations through host, containers and cloud services. Cloud Security Management empowers operations, and security teams to deploy and monitor secure workloads. Datadog vulnerability management is a building block for CSM, allowing users to stay compliant and risk-free in an ever changing environment.We are looking for an Engineering Manager to work on and partner with scanner and platform teams to detect, prioritize and remediate security findings at scale.   • Define the vision and drive the implementation of Cloud Security products, helping users detect, prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Lead a team of 6 to 8 developers
  • 30% hands on developing
  • Manage project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership
  • Integrate new security monitoring features

  • Partner with other teams and users to deliver a scalable and easy to use solution
  • Help team members work together effectively
  • Solve problems and fill gaps in our systems
Who You Are:
  • Management of teams of 3+ people
  • Senior software engineer background
  • Accountable and proactive
  • Pragmatic and knows how to avoid overengineering
  • Product Engineering experience (e.g. worked with Product Managers, defined OKRs, etc.).
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder teams.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools
  • Experience with at-scale data pipelines (billion+ processed entities per day)
