- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and needs
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/service
- Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
- Presenting product/service demonstrations
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organisation to achieve better results
- Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
- Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both
- Sales reporting and reviewing performance
- Working towards achieving the sales target
- Keep a record of the prospects and leads in our database
- Work with our CRM system and organize the daily records in order to keep the track of the full sales cycle
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development
- Establishing new business links
- Proficiency in English, Spanish and Italian/French
- Prior sales experience
- Knowledge of MS Office/G-Suite mainly for reporting and documentation
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
