Apply today to be a part of this groundbreaking project.RequirementsKey Qualifications:- Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or significant relevant experience.- Professional Experience: Approximately 10 years in site construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a Construction Manager role. Prior experience representing owners or end-clients in construction projects is highly desirable.- Legal Compliance: Knowledge of and compliance with Spanish safety laws pertaining to construction work.- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with skills equivalent to CEFR C2 level, ensuring clear and effective communication across all project stages.Personal Attributes:- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, and foster teamwork among diverse groups, including contractors, landowners, and local municipal officials.- Problem-Solving: Capacity to remain focused and constructive under stress, adept at navigating complex situations with strategic foresight.- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with safety plans, quality plans, crisis management plans, construction drawings, and contracts.
