As part of the world´s leading New Energy Vehicle company, we are committed to building a sustainable, zero-emission future where technology and nature coexist in harmony.Your missionAs an IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of BYD Iberia's IT systems. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, enabling smooth operations and supporting innovation across the organization.What you´ll be doing
  • Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
  • Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users;
  • Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
  • Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
  • Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Highly structured and goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, driven to explore innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Native or professional proficiency in Chinese a strong plus.
