- Attribution Systems
- Implement and maintain attribution models (GA4, Appsflyer, Adjust, or custom server-side).
- Support event deduplication, postback routing, and conversion event handling.
- Network Signaling & API Integrations
- Build and manage server-to-server integrations with ad networks (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Develop APIs and middleware for event ingestion and delivery.
- Data Flow & Warehousing
- Pipeline campaign and attribution data into warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for analysis.
- Monitoring & QA
- Automate testing and monitoring of attribution and tracking flows.
- Debug discrepancies between internal data and ad platforms.
- Landing Page Infrastructure (Nice-to-have)
- Build and optimize landing pages (responsive design, CRO, A/B testing).
- Integrate dynamic tracking, UTMs, and analytics scripts.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with REST/webhooks.
- Knowledge of attribution or tracking mechanisms (pixels, UTMs, ID-based matching).
- Experience building or maintaining data pipelines (API/CSV → database).
- Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Go for APIs/middleware.
- Experience with serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions, or equivalent).
- Ability to query and work with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and at least one cloud provider (AWS / GCP / Vercel / Netlify).
- Experience with automated monitoring/debugging of data flows.
- Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, and web performance optimization.
- Direct hands-on experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch).
- Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo), CDPs (Segment, RudderStack, mParticle), and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with ownership over data accuracy and reliability.
