Senior Motion Designer ( 6 months temporary contract)

- Coordinate and manage global campaigns, seeking innovation and keeping up to date with the latest trends in the industry.
- Support and partner with Marketing (central and local) to produce all sort of digital campaigns, specially focusing on performance mkt (UAC, Meta, Youtube and TikTok).
- You have the capacity to develop eye-catchy and engaging creatives for all digital and offline touchpoints (performance mkt, DOOHs, Flyers, Goodies…).
- Make sure we have a consistent brand on all our assets, while leaving countries room for local adaptation.
- Capability to follow guidelines and playbooks but trying to give new points of view. That will be key to landing our ambition in each and everyone of our markets.
- Translate ideas into all sorts of creatives and propose new layouts and design templates is your day by day leitmotif.
- Refresh old content and create new videos and template effects.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- You are a Design Ninja and you master principles of animation with +6 years of experience with a proven track record of shaping large-scale brands with a strong portfolio. All candidates need to add their portfolio with their most relevant projects.
- Proficient level of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Any expertise in Figma, Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus. Other design programs are a plus.
- You have a strong and meaningful experience in Brand Design focusing on marketing and digital campaigns. Expert with standard mobile and paid social video formats.
- You're a 200% digital profile, and you're not afraid to try new things when it comes to design.
- A keen eye to detail. Each frame has 24 pictures or more!
- Previous experience working for a tech company or similar environment and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Organizational skills and an operational mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- You're a good communicant, able to pitch, convince and collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude. You embrace change within the company and spread that spirit in your team. “This is the way we're used to doing things” is not your approach.
- You're not afraid to take risks, and you're able to learn from your mistakes.
- You deeply care about your team. You are able to build a healthy and high-performing working environment.
- Language: The business language at the company is English, thus you need a high level of English as a must. French, Spanish or Italian are a plus.
- Expert level in Office/Google Workspace. Project management tools and others are a plus.
- Previous experience leading small teams of design is a plus.
