About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Specialist to support and develop our warehouse operations for the consumer business segment. This role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration with our 3PL (third-party logistics) consumer warehouses, while also supporting the Order Management and Planning teams on all warehouse-related activities.You’ll act as the primary point of contact for our 3PL partners, help solve operational issues, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.   • Be the main point of contact for 3PL consumer warehouses in Europe.
  • Support the Order Management and Planning teams in resolving warehouse-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyse warehouse KPIs, including order accuracy, lead times, stock levels, and service level agreements.
  • Identify and drive improvement opportunities in warehouse processes and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align inventory flow, storage planning, and operational priorities.
  • Assist with the implementation of new tools, reports, and processes related to warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Participate in business reviews with 3PLs and support audits, assessments, and root cause analysis.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support decisions and improvement initiatives.
  • Travel to warehouse sites and partner locations will be required
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management (experience with 3PLs a plus).
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory flow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – comfortable working with numbers and operational data.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.) – experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience supporting e-commerce or consumer products supply chains.
  • Project management or process improvement experience.
