- You will sell Criteo Marketing Solutions to our existing and new independent agencies in the Dach market.
- Continuously prospect and pitch to agency planners and buyers digital and account leads, looking to drive the sale of new acquisition & retention campaigns.
- Manage the agency relationship from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
- Create long-term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeat business.
- Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, …) and use that to fuel new business with existing agency clients.
- Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
- Partner with internal teams (AS, CM, TO, Ops, AE, etc.) to identify, present and close opportunities with new agencies.
- Accurate pipeline management, forecast and full ownership of new business opportunities.
- You have experience in AdTech selling to Agencies.
- Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in complex situations.
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative skills to come up with innovative ideas and prepare adapted decks for Sales meetings.
- Excellent presentation and ability to open doors across clients at all levels.
- Network within independent agencies is a plus.
- Strong team spirit, positivity, resilience, openness.
- Quarterly business travels.
- Native in German, fluent in English.
