Job Purpose:As a part of the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team in TD SYNNEX in Europe, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes across teams, impacting Central Functions and countries. This position requires a special focus on reducing differences due to countries or vendors’ specifics that are not mandated, by applying best practices and conducting process gap analyses.As a central figure in TD SYNNEX's rapid transformation, you will identify potential process improvements and automation opportunities, setting priorities based on impact, cost, and resource availability in collaboration with the area manager. This involves performing process analyses through user interviews, brainstorming sessions, and the use of process mining solutions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing core and multi-stream processes to increase efficiency, considering the IT/technical landscape, customer requirements, cross-team interactions, and the overall ways of working at TD SYNNEX.Your proactive approach and capability to deliver tangible results will contribute significantly to the company's ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.Responsibilities:
  • Standardize and optimize business processes among TD SYNNEX teams with impact in Central Functions (ex. RiBS) and Countries. Special focus required on reducing countries/vendors differences where not strictly required by applying best practices and performing processes gap analysis.
  • Identify potential process improvements and automations opportunities, and define priorities based on impact, cost and resources availability, together with area manager. Perform process analysis by interviewing users, facilitating brainstorming sessions and using process mining solutions.
  • Design core and multi-stream processes in order to increase efficiency and considering IT/technical landscape, customers’ requirements, cross-team interactions and overall ways of working in TD SYNNEX.
  • Gather feedback from different stakeholders and generate high quality requirements documentation to enable technical teams to develop fit for purpose solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders acting as the key contact person. Take a hands-on approach to implement solutions, follow up on technical developments, ensure proper testing is performed and support during go-live and post go-live.
  • Create, update, and manage comprehensive process documentation, including workflow diagrams, for user reference and training.
  • Troubleshooting: support business teams when they are encountering difficulties in their day-to-day work, or unusual IT/process related incidents
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience * Standard methodologies like Lean and 6 Sigma
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
