- Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to define clear monthly goals and KPIs.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the optimization of internal sales processes (CRM usage, pipeline tracking, reporting automation).
- Assist in building dashboards and performance reports to monitor sales metrics (conversion rates, deal velocity, etc.).
- Work on cross-functional initiatives with growth, and product to identify and resolve bottlenecks that affect the sales team.
- Help prepare internal documentation, sales materials, and onboarding processes.
- Currently enrolled or recently finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Highly analytical mindset with a strong interest in business performance and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid command of Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Native in Spanish; professional level in English.
- Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
