- Oversee and manage the complete software release cycle, ensuring the quality of the scheduled plan.
- Overview the quality requirements, both functional and non-functional, are met
- Lead Bug review and manage its backlog (on all platforms).
- Track progress of the release showstoppers and project showstoppers related with the release.
- Monitor issues, manage risks and give visibility of issues raised by security scans.
- Assure the compliance of the release planning with all stakeholders in the lifecycle.
- Get the status of the key activities from the different cross teams interacting with stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and metrics to follow the whole release lifecycle.
- Define and deploy the mitigation plan.
- Identify, document, and track issues & problems, working with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation and release schedules.
- Manage risks associated with releases and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and improve software release processes to increase efficiency and increase the number of releases yearly basis.
- Lead the adaptation of the release management process according to the Agile transformation Project.

- Bachelor' Degree in computer science, software development or IT Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in release management, or similar technical roles. Previous experience in QA is highly valued.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale software releases.
- Experience with test automation, continuous integration (CI/CD), project (Jira, Xray) and release management tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure, etc.).
- Familiarity AI technologies to boost optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in eCommerce or managing releases for large-scale platforms is a plus.
