- Native-level German (C2) and fluency in English
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- A proven track record in sales or digital advertising
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and client success
