- Lead sales processes from lead to close; act as the main contact for clients, guiding sales strategies, handling objections, and negotiating successful deals.
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to identify needs and opportunities, initially focusing on Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Provide a world-class customer experience by obsessively prioritizing customer and prospect satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Articulate the value of solutions convincingly through verbal and written communication, helping customers envision the benefits of Microsoft technologies.
- Convert prospects and qualified leads into tangible opportunities by qualifying them through criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Consistently meet and exceed targets for new revenue, sales pipeline, and product usage; aim for 200 leads and 30 opportunities per month with high daily activity (60-90 touchpoints).
- Utilize social media, digital channels, video, chat, phone, and demos to effectively reach, engage, and manage customers.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve business offerings, acting as the "Voice of the Customer."Requirements:- Native or fluent in Dutch (C1), with excellent spoken and written communication skills, plus fluency in English.
- High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry.
- Minimum 1 year of account management or customer management experience.
- Familiar with modern sales techniques and tools, and experience from retail sales, internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
- Experience with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is a plus.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance, with the initiative to work independently, improve skills, and seek continuous growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, capable of engaging via phone, email, video, and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry, with the ability to quickly learn about new products and solutions.
- Goal-driven, motivated by exceeding sales targets through strategic leadership and collaboration.
- Strong time management skills, able to work autonomously with integrity.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience, skills, and performance.
