Global Head of Pre and Post trade for GTB ReceivablesCountry: SpainQUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJOGlobal Head of Pre and Post trade for GTB Receivables involves overseeing and optimization of the day-to-day operations of a global product as well as the execution of the global strategy of COO.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of 50+ multidisciplinary pre and post trade professionals, divide in 3 working groups (Client Management, Middle Office, and Back Office) providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve operational objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans (Digitalization and Core system: Global Receivables Platform), for the overall growth and success of the product.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implementing global strategies to enhance operational viability of the product, streamline processes as a Process Owner, and improve overall workflow within the banking operations.
  • Technology Integration: Overseeing the integration of technology solutions (Global Receivables Platform) to optimize processes, including the implementation of the Digitalization strategy.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards and addressing customer concerns related to operations effectively, collaborating with other departments, such as risk management, compliance and finance, to ensure seamless coordination across the organization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on operational performance, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Staying abreast of regulatory changes and ensuring that operational practices align with current industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Risk Management: Managing and mitigating operational risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing risk management protocols, and implementing robust internal controls.
EXPERIENCIAMinimum of 15 years of experience and 5 in similar positions.EDUCACIÓNBachelor's/University Degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Sciences, Finance, or Business AdministrationHABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOSThis role requires a combination of leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the banking industry to drive efficiency and excellence in pre and post trade activities.English Level: C1OTRA INFORMACIÓNAvailability to travel
