If you like the sun, sea, culture and good food then this coastal city has lots to offer you!The roleAs a Web-hosting Inbound Sales Agent you will respresent a large and well-known webhosting company. You will deal with incoming queries via phone and email from both new and existing small and medium sized business clients. You will listen to your clients needs, ask relevant questions and based on your findings you will recommend specific products, platforms and services. Upselling, cross-selling and working with targets is important in this role.RequirementsThe successful Web-hosting Inbound Sales Agent has:Fluent French and EnglishPrevious sales or upselling experienceDriven by targetsExpertise in web hosting technologies including content management systems commonly used to operate a website such as WordPress or Joomla is desired but not a mustKnowledge on internet connectivity and troubleshootingThe interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: taxi to the airport in your home country, flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona and 600 Euro gross relocation bonus - paid with the 2nd salary payment.
