- Leads the operating entities (OEs) and delivery teams throughout the implementation project cycle including planning, execution, testing, migration, and cutover of SAP GRP projects and roll outs in Allianz.
- Develop project scope, including timeline and financials and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Partners with various functional and technical teams within Allianz Technology such as Ariba, IMA, ABAP, Basis, SAP Authorization.
- Partners with Financial Transformation team in ensuring the target design aligns with the implementation standards and group reporting requirements.
- Lead from front on workshops and interviews to analyze business process and reporting requirements of the OEs.
- Work together with the business, delivery, and financial transformation teams to design the target state SAP solutions for the OE. Influence OEs thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
- Understand SAP configuration and perform tests. Develop specifications for development of custom forms/ reports/ interfaces for the OE.
- Project Governance - monitors and controls project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issues.
- Risk Management - identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Regularly monitoring risks and implementing contingency plans when required.
- Stakeholder Communication - maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams and executives.
- Issue Resolution - addressing and resolving project issues that may arise during the implementation, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover.
- Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder's commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
- Reporting - providing regular status updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Finish projects with proper documentation and handover of project results.
- Oversee the financial data migration process, ensuring data integrity and optimizing performance during the transition from legacy systems to S4 HANA platform of Allianz.
- Facilitate identification of financial data migration objects.
- Define, align, and maintain the migration plan per OE and track the execution.
- Provide best practices and toolkit for data migration (e.g. SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW)
- Provisioning/creation of test data for FIT, UAT and other tests as part of trial migrations.
- Coordinate and monitor trial migrations according to the aligned data migration strategy and concept.
- Coordinate and safeguard final migration to Production.
- Completed a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, mathematics, or similar.
- Several years of professional experience in project management in the SAP area with proven expertise in S4/HANA.
- Good knowledge of SAP migration methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Actuarial or a related field
- Experience in at least one SAP full life cycle implementations
- Hands on experience in SAP project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
- Capability to work well under pressure, under cost and time constraints.
