- Responsible to deliver key revenue and commercial targets, to identify new business and scale wins in line with the Bacardi On-trade strategy and to develop winning account plans with strategical customers.
- Work cross-functionally and communicate with leadership and other departments to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing and customer experience.
- New business opportunities: Identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline and coordinate with sales and trade marketing team to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
- Main contact of Strategical Key Customers, increasing the scope of the diverse brands within events organizations by, among others, commercial negotiations
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaboration agreements to grow business, building strong long lasting relationships
- Open minded, entrepreneurial person, not afraid to do things different.

- Strong leadership skills with proven success in working with multifunctional teams (CPA, Sales…)
- Consistently demonstrated an ability to exceed client’s expectations and very effective at high profile client relationship management delivering unique experiences.
- Strong Analytical Capability to work with figures. Good financial acumen and exposure to managing Sales and P&Ls
