Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes with our products.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention rates.
Requirements:
  • Native Dutch speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
