- Collaborate with the Brand Creative and MarComm teams to develop engaging concepts aligned with Ogury's brand and marketing strategy.
- Design a wide variety of marketing collateral including event materials, social content, email campaigns, print assets, presentation decks, and web visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining the highest level of design quality.
- Support the team with event and presentation design, including slide master creation and data visualization.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and design tools to keep our work fresh, competitive, and forward-thinking.
- Actively participate in creative reviews and contribute to team critiques.
- Communicate proactively with your team to ensure smooth project flow and timelines.
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Solid track record in visual design, demonstrating a strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, layout, and translating data into compelling visual stories.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including building custom slide masters and themes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A passion for design, a strong creative voice, and a solutions-first attitude.
- A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of work across print and digital.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing using After Effects and Premiere
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- An understanding of marketing strategy and how design impacts campaign performance.
