- Collaborate with project teams to develop organizational solutions for efficient project delivery.
- Assist in producing bids, reports, and other deliverables on time and within budget.
- Contribute to document quality control and financial management of project costs and budgets.
- Support project monitoring and participate in internal and external meetings.
- Current enrollment in Architecture, Building, Engineering (construction focus), or a related field.
- Strong interest in the construction and real estate sectors, with a desire to pursue a career in comprehensive project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Presto and MS Project/Primavera.
- Familiarity with BIM Management (basic modelling and coordination skills are a plus).
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A master’s degree in project management.
- Knowledge and interest in financial modeling for real estate projects.
- Must be enrolled in university to facilitate an agreement.
- Immediate start date.
- 6-month internship with the possibility of extension and/or permanent employment.
- 20-40 hours per week (flexible, to be agreed upon with the student).
