- Own and manage strategic relationships with assigned vendors, including participation in QBRs, pipeline reviews, and forecasting sessions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with vendor objectives and Ingram Micro’s growth targets.
- Leverage the “Lead with Discovery” initiative to drive business development, including the adoption of Eyesight/CSAT as lead-generation tools.
- Design and implement vendor-specific sales plays and enablement programs in collaboration with the central marketing team.
- Support local country sales and business management teams in executing demand generation activities.
- Identify and evaluate new vendor opportunities aligned with NIS2 compliance and Offensive Security Services strategies.
- Ensure vendors are fully integrated and bookable within Ingram Micro systems.
- Manage product lifecycle, including SKU creation, pricing updates, and vendor catalog maintenance.
- Oversee deal registration processes, including opportunity logging on behalf of country teams when required.
- Monitor and support rebate achievement cadence, ensuring all eligible rebates are claimed in accordance with vendor guidelines.
- Coordinate legal processes, including contract negotiation, signing, and amendments.
- Liaise with Pan-European purchasing teams to align procurement strategies.
- Lead EDI and CMP/XV integration projects for applicable vendors.
- Collaborate with Senior Business Managers on key vendor initiatives (e.g., OKTA, Fortinet).
- Coordinate the development and execution of vendor marketing plans, ensuring alignment with local and central teams.
- Drive lead generation through the execution of central cyber campaigns and local initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage central marketing funds (MDF), including claims and proof-of-performance documentation.
- Foster collaboration within the cyber marketing community across regions.
- Proven experience in vendor management, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT distribution sector.
- Fluent in English mandatory, French and/or Spanish are an advantage
- Understanding of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIS2).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, deal registration platforms, and EDI integration is a plus.
