- Achieve quarterly sales targets, including those related to Digital Solutions, while consistently driving revenue growth.
- Generate leads to expand the customer base, actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound interactions, providing a tailored sales experience by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Drive outbound interactions to build long-term relationships, fostering trust and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support our Omnichannel strategy by creating business opportunities and scheduling visits to our physical locations, as well as coordinating with the Field Sales Team.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring all customer information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Collect valuable market insights and share feedback with the relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from order to delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively upselling additional products or services when applicable.
- +3 years of experience in delivering high-quality service focused on meeting client expectations and driving sales.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with a background in business development and/or physical education studies.
- Experience working in collaborative sales teams within client-focused and service-oriented environments.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficient in managing customer data. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
