- Handles guest relocations as required.
- Prepares daily forecast of expected arrivals and departures.
- Prepares weekly summaries of guest satisfaction and quality metrics, including analysis of how guest reviews and internal feedback impact service scores.
- Compiles a weekly operations digest covering: Occupancy and forecast trends, VIP guest arrivals and special preferences and upcoming events impacting front office operations.
- Demonstrates a tech-savvy mindset, with a curiosity to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Expected to gain basic IT knowledge to support daily operational continuity (e.g., troubleshooting systems, understanding hardware basics).
- Takes an active role in hotel security coordination, including supervision of surveillance systems, incident response protocols, and alignment with departmental procedures.
- University degree (preferably in Hospitality Management or Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
- Solid knowledge of the hospitality industry and guest service operations.
- Proven experience in Front Office operations, team leadership, and handling guest relations.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a customer-focused mindset.
