- Develop and implement strategies to establish new partnerships and further strengthen existing partnerships with banks and companies active in real estate industry.
- Nurture and manage relationships in your own network and with Allianz’s partners to identify opportunities for new business and for portfolio expansion, aligned with mutual business objectives.
- Lead internal teams to design and to develop insurance solutions across the value chain that meet the specific needs of banking and real estate partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and partnership agreements to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint promotional campaigns and initiatives helping to push our partnership programs’ success.
- Be our partners’ and customers’ advocate: Track and report on customers’ satisfaction, partnership performance, providing valuable in-depth insights, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential partnership opportunities, helping partners to scale their business with Allianz.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all partnership activities.
- At least 5 years of sales channel experience in similar roles with in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, of key players in banking and real estate industries, and of value drivers for a successful partnership (e.g., because you have worked with insurers, brokers, consultants, banks, or companies in real estate industry on different forms of partnerships like distribution agreements, joint ventures, etc.).
- A creative mind with strategic vision, driven by facts & figures with strong commercial skills, communication skills, and negotiation experience with internal & external stakeholders.
- High work ethics with great attention to detail to compose winning proposals and to serve as our partners’ advocate for continuous business improvement.
- Fluent in English and Spanish business communications, negotiations, and working on presentations as well as contractual documents.
- Related university degree successfully completed.
