- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Contract Management: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Education: Technical education in electrical engineering with specialization in Power Electronics.
- Languages: Excellent english language skills. Spanish is good to have, other EU languages are a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in the power conversion industry.
- Specific knowledge: Power Electronics.
